Terms and Conditions
As a special guest of the show, you are entitled to claim up to US$1,200 Travel Sponsorship when you attend all three show periods. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of this travel sponsorship offer.
You are required to present the following at the Show Management Office in Hall 7 during show hours to claim the travel sponsorship.
v Global Sources Buyer badge
v This Travel Sponsorship letter
v Proof of valid hotel booking and hotel key card
v Passport (original copy required) and other additional photo IDs (as requested)

Terms & Conditions:
1. Applicants for the travel sponsorship are subject to screening by Show Management who reserves final decision on eligibility.
2. Buyers qualified for the travel sponsorship will receive an official letter with details on how to claim the sponsorship onsite. It is non-transferable.
3. Offer is valid for international buyers only (residing outside Hong Kong, Macau or Guangdong province of China).
4. Offer must be redeemed in person during the show period on October 11-14, 18-21 and 27-30, 2019.
5. The buyer must visit the Electronics show, Lifestyle (Gifts & Home) show or Fashion show at least
v 1 day to claim USD 150
v 2 days to claim additional USD 150
v 3 days to claim additional USD 100
6. Maximum amount to be claimed per show period is USD 400.
7. Attend at least3 days for each show period to claim maximum US$1,200.
8. The minimum numbers of visits are exclusive for each show period and are non-cumulative.
9. Show Management reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and holds the right of final decision in all related matters.
